JH Design 8th Annual Plant Sale!

For 8 years now, C-Note Productions and JH Design’s Annual Plant Sale has been a great success and this year wasn’t any different.  Joyce Hurlock of JH Design is the master gardener and with a little help ensures that all plants are planted, and ready to go for the day of the sale.  This year the sale was held on Saturday May 19, 2012 from 8:00am to 1:00pm and it was a beautiful day for a plant sale. The day started very early for set up and the first customer was browsing the selection at 7:59am!  Most plants sold are perennial plants but there are the occasional annuals in the mix. There are various kinds of hostas, sedums, lilies and many others that keep the customers coming back year after year to see what else they can add to their garden. 

The plant prices start at $1.00 (yes that's right!!) and you can get many others for a lot less than you can buy them in stores.  These hostas pictured below were priced at $4.00 when they are often priced at $10.00 and up in the seasonal sections at numerous stores.

Lucky for me, the Founder of JH Design happens to be my Mother so I can always get a great selection for my own garden!   Look out for the sale next year if you are interested in perennial plants at a very reasonable price and have space in your garden to fill!!
